You will receive a detailed and itemised cost breakdown, clearly showing what is included and excluded.

A fee may apply for drawings, scope of works, and detailed pricing.
This allows us to provide accurate, professional documentation and protects you from rushed or misleading estimates.

Clear Timeframes

We set realistic timelines and communicate them clearly:

• Standard renovation projects: approximately 1 week
• Architect-led projects: up to 2 weeks, depending on complexity and availability

During this time we:
