• Non-Binding Estimates: Any pricing or project estimates provided—whether verbal, written, or on the Site—are approximations based on initial information provided by you. These estimates may change based on a detailed assessment of your project.
• Scope Revisions: If the scope of work changes during the project due to unforeseen conditions, additional client requests, or external factors, revised pricing will be provided in writing, and your written approval will be required before continuing.
• Material Costs: Fluctuations in material prices or availability may impact the final project cost. VS Builders is not liable for changes resulting from market conditions.
• Discrepancies: In the event of errors in advertised pricing or service descriptions, VS Builders reserves the right to correct such errors and offer you the option to accept the corrected terms or cancel your engagement.

5. Deposits, Payments, and Refunds

• Deposits: A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your project and cover preliminary work such as design or planning.
• Payment Schedule: Payments must be made in accordance with the schedule outlined in your contract. Late payments may result in suspension of work or additional charges.
• Refunds: No refunds will be issued for completed work. Refunds for incomplete work will be subject to review and based solely on documented payments and remaining obligations.

6. Client Responsibilities

To ensure smooth project execution, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and timely information, approvals, and access to the project site.
• Notify VS Builders promptly of any changes to the agreed scope of work.
• Refrain from engaging third-party contractors for the same project unless expressly agreed upon in writing.
• Be available for consultations and progress updates as needed.

Failure to meet these obligations may result in delays, additional costs, or termination of the agreement.

7. Limitations of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• VS Builders is not liable for delays caused by weather, labor shortages, supply chain disruptions, or other events beyond our control.
• We are not responsible for property damage resulting from pre-existing conditions, unreported hazards, or third-party actions.
• Liability for any claims arising from the project shall be limited to the total amount paid by you to VS Builders under the applicable agreement.

8. Dispute Resolution

• Notification of Issues: Any concerns or disputes must be brought to our attention in writing within 7 days of project completion or the occurrence of the issue.
• Arbitration: Any disputes that cannot be resolved amicably shall be settled through binding arbitration in accordance with the laws of Ireland.
• Legal Costs: Each party shall bear its own legal costs unless otherwise determined by the arbitrator.

9. Intellectual Property
