Description
This project delivered a full house retrofit, including the rebuild of an existing extension, major structural alterations, and the complete refurbishment of an existing granny house. Works included an air-to-water heat pump, underfloor heating, full rewiring and replumbing, external insulation, new windows and doors, sound insulation, and full internal replastering, alongside the addition of an ensuite and walk-in wardrobe.
